3. Service Description

3.2 Technology Limitations

Clara is an AI assistant tool, not a replacement for legal judgment
All AI-generated content requires human review and verification

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct
Maintain competence in understanding AI tool limitations
Ensure proper client consent for use of AI tools where required
Supervise any non-attorney staff using the platform

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload
You grant Clara a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service
You represent that you have the right to upload and process all submitted content
You are responsible for any third-party intellectual property violations

5.2 Clara's Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY USER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

Upon material breach with 30 days' cure period
Immediately for violations of professional conduct rules
Upon non-payment of fees
At any time with appropriate notice

15.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

User access to the Service immediately ceases
Data deletion occurs within 30 days
Outstanding fees become immediately due
Confidentiality obligations survive termination

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.

16.3 Assignment
